Fishing Captain Thomas Smith
Growing up in a small town in Massachusetts, my love with being on the water and fishing started years ago in Plymouth Harbor with my Father. I started fishing the coastal waters from Plymouth to Providencetown, and everywhere in between. Spending my summers out on my Father's 26' Chris-Craft gave me the chance to learn how to fish from a very young age.
At around the age of 17 I started bringing friends and family to enjoy time on the water fishing. I love watching others enjoy the pastime I have enjoyed my entire life. Seeing that spark and excitement in peoples eyes when they are hooked up to a huge fish is what makes me happy!
Now, having some of the Capes finest fishing grounds right in my back yard, my knowledge of the local waters, favorite hot spots and fishing techniques will guarantee putting fish in the boat for you.
While experienced anglers can rely on my understanding to place them "on the fish", novice anglers will appreciate my teaching techniques that will leave you wanting to come back over and over again.
I have been fishing the offshore and coastal waters of New England for over 45 years and hold a United States Coast Guard 100-Ton Master Captains License. I am certified with the American Heart Association in infant/child/adult CPR and first aid.
My goal at Plymouth Rock Charters is to leave you, your family, friends or co-workers with memories that will last for a life time. I want to share with you what I have already experienced my entire life.
